DELIVERY & RETURNS
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE.
We offer delivery services to private households.
Delivery is free on all orders within Europe.
Denmark: 1-2 working days
Europe: 2-6 working days
Switzerland: 2-6 working days // €8
USA + Rest of world: 3-8 working days // €18
We offer a 21 days full refund or exchange policy and FREE exchanges on all products (except items bought on sale. We only offer free exchanges once per order)
You can exchange your order to a new size in the same model and colour your original order was.
For use of your 21 day exchange right, these criteria has to be met:
- Please submit a request for an exchange to: firstname.lastname@example.org
- We will send you a pre-paid shipping label via email.
- Print and place the shipping label on your package (pleas re-use the shipping mailers you received your items in)
- Make sure to include your order number in the exchange.
- Make sure the products have not been worn or damaged/stained in any way.
- Once we receive the exchange, we will ship out your new bikini set in the new size and you will be notified via email.
- You are responsible for proper packaging and we recommend to re-pack your exchange in the cotton bag your order came in, for added protection.
TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT:
1. Submit a request for a return to: email@example.com. Please include your order number and reason for return.
2. Pack the items you wish to return and ship them to us via your local postal services. Make sure your order number is included with the order you are returning.
3. Once we have received your return, we will issue a full refund and you will be notified via email.
NOTE: We do not cover the costs of the return, to our warehouse in Denmark, and we ask our customers to use their own local postal services. We only offer free shipping labels on exchanges to new sizes.
We offer a 21 days full refund or exchange policy.
For use of your 21 day cancellation right these criteria has to be met:
- The product has not been worn or damaged in any way.
- Sanitary labels must be intact.
- The garment is still in it´s original packaging including hang tags and care labels.
- The product is in a sellable condition, unless it was found to be faulty.
- Items bought on sale are also eligible for a full refund or exchange
- You are responsible for proper packaging and we recommend to re-pack your return in the cotton bag your order came in, for added protection.
You will receive your full refund 1-3 working days after it is received by Eg Damgaard. An email will be sent as confirmation of the processed refund or exchange.
Please note that we do not accept international returns with custom fees attached to them. For International returns, make sure you put "0" on the customs fees.

Eg Damgaard are not responsible for the cost of delivery for returns. We recommend a tracked or signed shipping/postal service to ensure that the package reaches us. We are not responsible for the non-delivery of goods.
