Return policy in Europe

We offer a full refund on items bought at full price, in original condition, within 21 days after purchase (EU)

Items bought at a sale or with a discount code of 20% or more, cannot be returned or exchanged and no exceptions will be made for any fit or sizing issue. 


Please note, that we do not offer to cover the shipping costs of returns, only exchanges.

We do not accept exchanges or returns on international orders outside of EU.

Under no circumstances do we accept returns with attached import and customs fees.

How do I exchange my order?

We offer a free exchange service in Europe, for items bought at full price within 21 days after delivery. We are happy to exchange your order to a different size in the same model and color, as your original purchase.

How many times can I exchange a product?

We are happy to exchange a product (same style and color) for a different size up to two times. We do not however, offer full refunds once you have used our free exchange services.

International exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges on orders made outside of EU.

 

TAXES & DUTIES

Will I have to pay customs & taxes?

All International packages may be subject to taxes and duties. Local import taxes and duties are NOT included in our prices at checkout. 

You may get charged additional fees depending on rules & regulations in your home country.

(Taxes and duties within Europe are included in our final prices at checkout).

Will you reimburse my import taxes & duties?

Under no circumstance will we refund/reimburse any taxes, duties or vat. charged by the customers local government.

Any fees of this nature are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

What happens if I refuse an International order?

If you have refused an order due to taxes or duties, your order will be returned to us. We will give you a store credit minus the shipping fee.

We do not give any refunds in connection with refused orders.

SHIPPING

When will my order dispatch?

We aim at fulfilling all our orders within 24 hours.

European shipping times

It takes aprox. 2-3 days for our orders to reach Germany & the UK.

1-2 days For Denmark, Sweden & Norway.

Allow for 4-6 days for areas such as Portugal & Spain. France, Switzerland & Italy have aprox. 3-5 days delivery time.

International shipping times

Please allow for 3-8 business days. Custom & border controls might affect shipping times, depending on your country.

I dont see any shipping updates?

Sometimes your national mailing services will have a more accurate status of where your order is. Please track your order online, with your national postal services.

Do you deliver to my house?

All our shipment are booked for home delivery, but if you are not home or your mailbox is full, the postal services will drop off your package at a nearby post office. If this happens you will be notified via email.

If you have not picked up the package within a certain time frame, the order will be shipped back to us. We can then offer you a store credit, minus the shipping fees. Under no circumstance we will offer any refunds on not picked up goods.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

Can I cancel or change my order?

We process your order as soon as its placed and we are unable to change or cancel your order once its placed. 

I forgot to use the discount code, can you reimburse me?

We are unable to offer price adjustments or refund you for any discount codes, after you have placed an order.

How do I care for my swimwear?

Please soak your swimwear in cool water, after each time you have worn it. 

Occasionally use detergent for delicates, such as our Bikinis Over Everything or The Laundress

Lay it flat or hang it to try in the shade.

The piece I wanted is sold out, what do I do?

We produce our pieces in limited quantities and most of them will not come back again. But if you are wanting a specific piece, please get in contact with us and we will see what we can do to help.

Are the pieces chlorine safe?

Yes, all of our swimwear are made from premium grade fabrics that are chlorine and tanning lotion safe, to prevent colours from fading and staining. Please follow our care guide and your pieces will last you a very long time.
